At Analytik Jena, we believe that diversity is a strength. In 2022, we joined with some 4,500 other companies and institutions in signing the Diversity Charter (Charta der Vielfalt). As part of our state’s Weltoffenes Thüringen initiative, we advocate for an open-minded, pluralistic, and democratic society.
At Analytik Jena, we embrace social responsibility and involvement. Our donation campaigns, on occasions like the groundbreaking of our new campus in Jena-Göschwitz, benefit institutions such as the Jena Women’s Shelter, the Jena Family Alliance, refugee assistance, and youth work.
At Analytik Jena, we support the well-being of our staff. Targeted prevention through early detection is part of our comprehensive health management. We organize prevention programs and health campaigns directly on-site – from skin screenings to vaccinations and mobility check-ups.

At Analytik Jena, we are certified according to the standards. Since 2008, we have had our quality management system certified in accordance with ISO 9001. At our Göttingen site, we also manufacture in accordance with the medical technology standard ISO 13485. And beginning in 2024, we will have our environmental management system certified in accordance with ISO 14001.

Sustainability With strategic vision
Our action and use of resources are developed with regard to their long-term impact.
At Analytik Jena, we aim to become climate neutral. Together with our parent company Endress+Hauser, we have joined the Science Based Targets Initiative, which is committed to the goals of the Paris Climate Accords. As part of our environmental policy, we will gradually seek to become climate neutral by 2050. The emissions from our direct business activities are to fall by at least 60 percent through 2034, and those from upstream and downstream processes by 35 percent.
At Analytik Jena, we are active on environmental issues. We create solutions to measure environmental parameters – whether in water, wastewater, soil, or recycling. We make them available to all in accordance with environment regulations and official emissions limits. When it comes to consumables, energy, and raw materials, we are committed to resource efficiency in the operation of our products.
At Analytik Jena, we design our construction projects to be sustainable. Renewable energies are part of our energy concept, water and heat are reused, and roofs are greened. We rely on regional partners and local resources, and we expect to reduce our CO₂ emissions.
At Analytik Jena, we are environmentally friendly on the go. We provide support for the leasing of “job bikes” for commuting and leisure – whether road bikes, mountain bikes, cargo bikes, or e-bikes. Employees can also make use of discounted public transport tickets.
