Has your xenon short arc lamp (XBO lamp) reached its operating hours and needs to be replaced? Take advantage of our XBO lamps with a recycled lamp housing, hassle-free logistics, and straightforward installation. Let‘s make your lab more sustainable!

Sustainability

A more effective utilization of existing resources and sustainable management are becoming increasingly important. We aim to protect resources by recycling durable and reusable components of our devices and returning them to the life cycle. In particular, we can recycle the housing from the XBO lamps. This allows us to reuse valuable electronic parts, reducing the need for new materials and lower production costs. We pass these savings directly on to you.

All recycled XBO lamp housings, including electronic components, are thoroughly tested by our engineers. We offer a quality assured XBO lamp with a full warranty. It consists of a new light source along with the recycled lamp housing. Stock is limited by the number of XBO lamps that are returned. XBO lamps with a recycled lamp housing can be ordered as long as current stock lasts.

When sending us the used XBO lamp, you will receive a credit note, which will be applied to your customer account.

Offer conditions

Our offer is valid for the following products:

  • XBO lamp for contrAA 800 (all serial numbers)
  • XBO lamp for contrAA 300/600/700 (from serial number 163A2433)

From all countries of the European Union and Switzerland and only from participating channel partners.

How should the return be made?

  1. Fill out our request form on the website below.
  2. One of our employees will contact you with detailed return instructions for your XBO lamp.
  3. Pack and send the used XBO lamp, including the declaration of decontamination, to the address specified by us. You are responsible for the packaging and shipping costs.

How and in what amount will the credit note be issued?

As soon as the package arrived and is processed at our facilities, you will be informed about your credit. For each returned XBO lamp, you will receive a 500 Euro credit on your costumer account.

The credit note can only be redeemed for payments at Analytik Jena and is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Cash payment is excluded.
