General Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Any order placed by the Buyer for Goods and/or Services is subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and is conditional upon the Supplier's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Supplier shall be deemed to have agreed to these Conditions by accepting the order, delivering the Goods and/or providing the Services.
